sec.55 Delegation of board’s powers
The board may delegate its powers under this Act, other than under section 73A , to the chief executive officer. A delegation of a power may permit the subdelegation of the power to an appropriately qualified person. s 55 amd 2017 No. 17 s 149 (sec.55-ssec.1) The board may delegate its powers under this Act, other than under section 73A , to the chief executive officer.
