17 Certificates issued under section 149 of the Act

For certificates issued under section 149 of the Act as described in subparagraph 201(a)(vii) of the Act, the particulars are the following: (a) the total number of certificates issued; (b) for each certificate issued—a description of the ground or grounds mentioned in subsection 149(2) of the Act on which the certificate was issued; (c) the number of certificates issued that, in the opinion of the Integrity Commissioner, prevented the effective investigation of a corruption issue.
