#### 72 Transfer of proceedings from Supreme Court 72 Transfer of proceedings from Supreme Court > > (1) Where the Supreme Court is of opinion that any proceedings commenced or purporting to have been commenced in the Supreme Court could or should have been commenced in the Court, the Supreme Court may, on the application of any party or of its own motion, order that those proceedings be transferred to the Court. > > > (2) This section does not apply to proceedings in Class 1, 2, 3, 4 or 8 of the Court’s jurisdiction. > > **s 72:** Am 2007 No 56, Sch 6 \[30\]; 2008 No 107, Sch 14 \[15\].
