410 Recovery of fees and penalties S. 410(1) amended by Nos 7876 s. 2(3), 57/1989 s. 3(Sch. item 109.14). (1) All proceedings for the recovery of fees or penalties under this Part may be dealt with in a summary manner before the Magistrates' Court. (2) No such proceedings shall be taken except by a person authorized in writing in that behalf by the Governor in Council.
