372 No claim to lie against the Crown or Minister
No claim for compensation or damage shall lie against the Crown or Minister, or any person acting under his direction in respect of the minimum or upset price fixed or the price accepted, or the terms covenants conditions exceptions and reservations on which the land was sold, or for any breach of covenant or other default on the part of the purchaser or for anything done or omitted to be done in connexion with the sale or by reason of the notice of sale not reaching the grantee, and no person shall be bound to see or inquire whether the land offered for sale is land authorized to be sold under this Part, or whether such notice as aforesaid has been published or sent or posted in the prescribed way, or otherwise as to the validity or regularity of such sale, or as to the disposal of the purchase moneys, or be affected by any notice in respect of any such matters.

374 Fees
It shall be lawful for the Registrar to demand the fees specified in the Sixteenth Schedule to this Act, or such other fees as shall hereafter from time to time be appointed by the Governor in Council in lieu thereof or in addition thereto.
