367 Subject to order of court surplus moneys after lapse of three years to become property of Crown Upon the expiration of three years from the payment of the surplus moneys into the said account such surplus shall if no such application has been made within the two years prescribed by the last preceding section or subject to any order of the Court made in any application so made become and be the absolute property of the Crown, and shall upon order of the Court made in that behalf on the application of the Minister be paid into the Treasury.
