363 Definitions In this Part unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter— ***Court*** means the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria; ***grantee*** includes the person named as the grantee in the undelivered Crown grant and also the person named as the grantee in the unregistered Crown grant sealed subsequent to the commencement of the Real Property Act of 1862 No. 140; ***Minister*** means the responsible Minister of the Crown for the time being administering Part I of this Act; ***Registrar*** means the Registrar of Titles; ***vacant land*** means land unenclosed and unoccupied.
