361 Minister may waive covenant or condition as to residence Where the lessee or licensee of any land is called up for naval or military or air service under any Commonwealth Act relating to defence compliance with the covenant or condition as to residence or occupation contained in the lease or licence of such lessee or licensee may at the discretion of the Minister be waived so far as regards the period of such service but no longer.
