347 Value where land contains any fractional part of an hectare Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act where any land which is classified at a value not lower than $10 per hectare contains any fractional part of an hectare the value to be charged and paid for such fractional part of an hectare shall be computed and paid with respect to the actual area and value of such fractional part.
