335 Covenants conditions etc. of lease or licence[[7]](#endnote-8) Every lease or licence under this Part shall be subject to such covenants terms restrictions limitations reservations and conditions and to the payment of such rent or fee as to the Governor in Council seems fit and every such lease or licence and the lessee or licensee and the executors administrators and assigns of every such lessee or licensee shall be subject to any regulations made under the **Former SEC (Residual Provisions) Act 1958** or any Act thereby repealed or the **Electricity Industry Act 2000** so far as the same are applicable.
