304 Power to suspend development in certain circumstances Whenever the Minister is satisfied that circumstances have arisen in which the Society could not reasonably be expected to continue for the time being the development of the land comprised in any development lease, the Minister may from time to time by writing suspend for such period as he thinks fit the operation of the provisions of the development lease requiring the Society to carry out such development; and thereupon such provisions shall be suspended accordingly and the term for which the development lease was granted shall be deemed to be extended by the like period.
