211 Applicants for licences rights or leases before commencement of Act not prejudiced All persons who before the commencement of this Act have made application under any of the Acts hereby repealed for licences rights or leases to occupy any Crown lands shall in respect of the lands the subject of such applications, if such persons were competent to hold such licences rights or leases under the said repealed Acts, be deemed to be persons making application for licences rights or leases under this Act.
