198 Certificates of Minister prima facie evidence of non‑payment of fees or rent An instrument in writing signed by the Minister certifying that the person named therein has not paid the fees or rent stated in such instrument to be due by him on any licence or lease granted under any Act relating to Crown lands and containing particulars of the amount due and the days on which such fees or rent became due shall be prima facie evidence of the non-payment of such fees or rent and of the amount due and of the time when the same became due.
