197 Demand for or acceptance of rent etc. not to be deemed a waiver or breach of covenant or condition Notwithstanding anything contained in any Act or in any licence or lease thereunder the demand for or acceptance of any instalment of purchase money or any rent fee or interest by or on behalf of His Majesty or the Minister subsequently to a breach of any covenant or condition of such licence or lease (whether such instalment of purchase money rent fee or interest has become due before or after such breach) shall not be deemed a waiver of such breach notwithstanding that the Minister or the person receiving the same had knowledge of such breach.
