184 Governor in Council may increase or diminish commons The Governor in Council may increase and after one month's notice in the Government Gazette diminish alter or abolish any common heretofore or hereafter proclaimed and may re-proclaim the whole or any part of any such common for any of the purposes and subject to the provisions of this Division; but nothing herein contained shall prevent the exercise of the powers conferred by this Part with respect to the leasing or licensing of any land comprised in any common.
