167 Cancellation of right to occupy residence area (1) If at any time in respect of a right to occupy a residence area, it is proved to the satisfaction of the Minister— (a) that the holder of the right has obtained such right in contravention of or has contravened or failed to comply with any provision of this Division or the regulations; (b) that any condition of such right is not being observed; or (c) that for a period of at least three consecutive months there has not been a habitable dwelling thereon— the Minister may order the cancellation of such right. (2) Every order of the Minister under this section shall be final. S. 168 substituted by No. 8304 s. 2.
