166 Holder of right to have exclusive occupation of land
The holder of a right to occupy a residence area shall have, except as against His Majesty, the sole and exclusive right to occupy the surface of such residence area and to take any proceedings that are necessary to enable him to keep or recover possession of such surface in like manner, so far as is consistent with this Division, as if he were the owner of such area in fee-simple.
