151J Cancellation of lease The Governor in Council may on the recommendation of the Minister cancel a lease if the lessee— (a) fails to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions of sections 151F, 151G, or 151H; or (b) fails to perform or observe any of the covenants or conditions of the lease.
