145 Conditions relating to access to a bee site licence area (1) The Minister may determine terms and conditions relating to a bee site licensee's access to a bee site licence area over land referred to in section 143(1). (2) Any terms and conditions determined by the Minister under this section apply in addition to any conditions or restrictions imposed under any Act or subordinate instrument regulating— (a) the land on which the bee site licence area is located; and (b) the land over which access to the bee site licence area is granted. (3) Before determining any terms and conditions under subsection (1) in relation to access over land that is not unreserved Crown land under this Act, the Minister must obtain the consent of the Minister responsible for the Act under which that land is controlled and managed.
