144 Fees to be determined by Minister (1) The Minister may determine any fee payable for the grant of a bee site licence. (2) The Minister must publish a determination under subsection (1) in the Government Gazette. (3) The Minister may waive, reduce or refund, in whole or in part, any fee determined under subsection (1). (4) The Consolidated Fund is by this subsection appropriated to the necessary extent to pay any refund under subsection (3). (5) A power conferred by subsection (1) to make a determination relating to fees payable for the grant of a bee site licence may be exercised by providing for any or all of the following matters— (b) fees that vary according to the area or term of the bee site licence to which they apply; (c) the manner of payment of fees, including the payment of fees by instalment; (d) the time at which, or by which, fees are to be paid.
