140L Tour operator licence conditions (1) A tour operator licence is subject to— (a) any conditions, determined by the Minister or a person authorised by the Minister that are specified or referred to in the licence; and (b) any prescribed conditions. S. 140L(2) inserted by No. 42/2021 s. 90. (2) On and from 1 July 2023, in relation to land in the Great Ocean Road coast and parks, a reference to the Minister or a person authorised by the Minister in this section is a reference to the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, regardless of whether or not the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority has been appointed as land manager.
