137C Terms and conditions A conditional purchase lease shall be granted— (a) for such term not exceeding ten years and subject to the payment of such instalments and interest as the Minister thinks fit; (b) on condition that buildings or improvements of the value specified in the lease are erected within the time specified in the lease; and (c) on any other conditions and subject to any covenants, reservations, restrictions or exemptions which the Minister thinks fit.
