136 Minister to give notice in writing of public auction or public tender The Minister shall, not less than fourteen days before— (a) the day on which a public auction of a lease of any Crown land is held; and (b) the last day on which tenders may be submitted to the Minister for the lease of any Crown land by public tender— publish, in the Government Gazette and in a newspaper circulating in the district in which the land is situated, a notice specifying— (c) the place and time of the auction or the last day on which tenders may be submitted to the Minister (as the case may be); (d) the particulars of the land which is to be leased; and (e) the purpose and term of the proposed lease.
