12 Governor in Council or Minister may convey land under this Part S. 12(1) amended by Nos 40/2009 s. 26(2), 25/2023 s. 7(Sch. 1 item 17.2). (1) Under and subject to the provisions of this Part but not otherwise, the Governor in Council or the Minister in the name and on behalf of His Majesty may grant convey or otherwise dispose of lands for the time being belonging to the Crown for such estate or interest as in each case is hereby authorized and for none other.
