sec.31A Definitions for part
In this part— appointee means a person holding office as an appointed justice of the peace or appointed commissioner for declarations. appointment means appointment as an appointed justice of the peace or appointed commissioner for declarations. approved training course means a training course approved under section 32 (1) (b) . ground for revoking an appointment means a matter stated in section 31B (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) . investigator’s report means a report under section 31D (4) . s 31A ins 2023 No. 23 s 96
