sec.12A Deputy registrars
Deputy registrars of justices of the peace and commissioners for declarations may be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . A deputy registrar may exercise the powers of the registrar. s 12A ins 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.12A-ssec.1) Deputy registrars of justices of the peace and commissioners for declarations may be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . (sec.12A-ssec.2) A deputy registrar may exercise the powers of the registrar.
