Part 8 Supreme Court Act 1933 Section 25 page 16 Justice and Community Safety Legislation Amendment Bill 2026 Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at www.legislation.act.gov.au Part 8 Supreme Court Act 19331 25 Vexatious litigants2 Section 67A (2)3 substitute4 (2) If the court is satisfied that a person has frequently instituted5 vexatious proceedings, the court may declare the person to be a6 vexatious litigant.7 (2A) The court may make a declaration—8 (a) on its own initiative; or9 (b) on the application of—10 (i) the Attorney-General; or11 (ii) an aggrieved person.12
