### 37 Application for further statement > > (1)  A person to whom a statement has been given under [section 30](#GS30@EN) (the ***requester***) may apply to the Court for an order under this section against the person who gave the statement (the ***decision maker***). > > > (2)  If the Court considers that the statement does not contain adequate particulars of the reasons for the decision, the Court may order the decision maker to give to the requester, within a specified period, an additional statement containing further and better particulars relating to specified matters or a further statement under [section 30](#GS30@EN) .
