### 25 Application to be made party to proceeding > > (1)  If – > > > > > > (a) a person is aggrieved by – > > > > > > > > > > (i) a decision; or > > > > > > > > > > > (ii) conduct (including conduct that has been, is being, or is proposed to be, engaged in for the purpose of making a decision); or > > > > > > > > > > > (iii) a failure to make a decision or perform a duty according to law; and > > > > > > > (b) an application has been made to the Court under this Act relating to the decision, conduct or failure – > > > > the person may apply to the Court to be made a party to the application. > > > (2)  The Court may grant or refuse the application.
