sec.17 Payment of pensions etc.
Pensions under this Act accrue daily and are payable monthly or at such lesser intervals as the Minister directs. Pensions under this Act, and other amounts payable under this Act, are payable out of the Consolidated Fund, which is appropriated accordingly. s 17 sub 1992 No. 14 s 2 sch (sec.17-ssec.1) Pensions under this Act accrue daily and are payable monthly or at such lesser intervals as the Minister directs. (sec.17-ssec.2) Pensions under this Act, and other amounts payable under this Act, are payable out of the Consolidated Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
