sec.10 Providing information

This section applies if an eligible person within the meaning of the Family Law Act , section 90MZB , applies under that section to the Minister for information about a benefit that is being paid, or may become payable, under this Act. The Minister must give to the eligible person the information as required under the Family Law Act .
