13 Functions of the JSA Commissioner
The functions of the JSA Commissioner are: (a) to assist Jobs and Skills Australia in the performance of its functions; and (b) such other functions as are conferred on the JSA Commissioner by the rules, this Act or any other law of the Commonwealth; and (c) to do anything incidental or conducive to the performance of any of the above functions.
