Terms used In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears — Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1 and, except in section 4(1), includes that agreement as varied from time to time in accordance with its provisions and by the First Variation Agreement, the Second Variation Agreement and the Third Variation Agreement; the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2; the Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3; the Third Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 4.
