48 Regulatory Authorities to comply with Ministerial directions

(1) The Minister may, by order in writing, issue directions to be complied with by Regulatory Authorities with respect to all or any of their powers under this Act and the regulations. (2) The Minister shall cause a copy of an order under subsection (1) to be given to each Regulatory Authority and published in the Gazette. (3) A Regulatory Authority, in exercising any powers conferred by this Act and the regulations, shall comply with any relevant directions in force under subsection (1).
