22 Amounts to be credited to Account

(1) There must be credited to the Account amounts equal to the amounts received by the Commonwealth as charge and advances on account of charge. (2) There must be credited to the Account amounts equal to amounts received by the Commonwealth by way of the repayment of amounts paid in accordance with a determination under subsection 23(1).
