97 Sharing staff and physical resources
(1) The Commissioner may make arrangements for a person who is a
member of the staff of another statutory office to assist the
Commissioner or for a person who is a member of the
Commissioner's staff to assist the holder of another statutory office.
(2) The Commissioner may make arrangements for the use by the
Commissioner's office of the physical resources of another statutory
office or for the use by another statutory office of the physical
resources of the Commissioner's office.
