94 Acting Commissioner
(1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, appoint a person to act as the
Commissioner:
(a) during a vacancy in the office, whether or not an appointment
has previously been made to the office; or
(b) during any period or all periods when the Commissioner is
unable to perform the duties of the office.
(3) The terms and conditions (including as to remuneration, expenses
and allowances) of an appointment to act as Commissioner are to
be determined by the Minister.
