90 Terms and conditions of appointment
(1) Subject to this Division, the Commissioner holds office for the
period (not exceeding 5 years) specified in the appointment and is
eligible for reappointment.
(2) Subject to this Division, the Commissioner holds office on the terms
and conditions (including as to remuneration, expenses and
allowances) determined by the Administrator and specified in the
appointment.
