88 Duty to assist persons to exercise rights (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commissioner's staff must provide appropriate assistance to persons to enable them to exercise their rights under this Act, including assisting persons to make applications or complaints. (2) The Commissioner or a member of the Commissioner's staff must not give legal advice to a person.
