63 Exemption certificate not to be issued after complaint made (1) Once a complaint under section 103 has been made, the Chief Minister is not entitled to issue an exemption certificate in respect of the government information the subject of the complaint. (2) Subsection (1) operates only in respect of the complaint mentioned in that subsection.
