53 Effective operations of public sector organisations information is reasonably likely to: (a) prejudice the effectiveness of a method or procedure for the conduct of a test, examination or audit by a public sector (b) prejudice the attainment of the objects of a test, assessment or audit conducted by a public sector organisation; or (c) have a substantial, adverse effect on the management by a public sector organisation of the officers or employees of the (d) have a substantial, adverse effect on the conduct of industrial relations by a public sector organisation.
