49E Information under Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017 (1) Information is exempt under section 44 if: (a) the information is obtained or created under the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017 in the course of, or for the conduct or making of, any of the following under that Act: (i) an evaluation or review by the ICAC; (ii) preliminary inquiries by the ICAC; (iii) a referral by the ICAC; (iv) an investigation by the ICAC; (v) a report by the ICAC; (vi) an evaluation by the Inspector or the Inspector dealing with a complaint; or (b) the information is identifying information. (2) In this section: identifying information, see section 4 of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017.
