49D Information under Anti-Discrimination Act 1992
Information is exempt under section 44 if it:
(a) is obtained from a person seeking information, advice or
assistance in relation to the operation of the
Anti-Discrimination Act 1992; or
(b) is contained in a complaint under that Act; or
(c) is obtained or created under that Act in relation to a complaint.
