49C Information under Ombudsman Act 2009 Information is exempt under section 44 if it is: (a) contained in a complaint under the Ombudsman Act 2009; or (b) obtained or created under that Act in the course of or for any of the following under that Act: (i) the making of preliminary inquiries; (ii) the conduct of conciliation or mediation of a complaint; (iii) the conduct of the police complaints resolution process; (iv) the conduct of an investigation.
