49B Information under Public Interest Disclosure Act 2008 Information is exempt under section 44 if it is: (a) contained in a public interest disclosure as defined in the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2008, as in force immediately before its repeal; or (b) obtained or created under that Act in the course of, or for the conduct of an investigation of, a public interest disclosure under that Act.
