41 Notice of outcome of review For section 39(1)(b), a notice of the outcome of a review is to: (a) include the reasons for the outcome; and (b) contain a statement setting out the applicant's rights of complaint under Part 7 (Complaints to Information Commissioner), including that the applicant has 90 days after receiving the notice within which to make a complaint.
