32 Response to application section 31, a public sector organisation must: (a) consider the application and make a decision about it in accordance with this Division; and (b) notify the applicant in writing of that decision. (2) The notice under subsection (1)(b) is to be in accordance with section 33. (3) If the applicant is not notified in accordance with this section within 30 days after lodging the application, the public sector organisation is taken to have refused to correct the information.
