20 Notice of decision on application For section 19(2), a notice of decision is to contain: (a) the matters required to be specified in the notice under sections 21 to 30; and (b) a statement setting out: (i) the applicant's rights of review under Division 4 (Review by public sector organisation), including that the applicant has 30 days after receiving the notice within which to make an application for review; and (ii) the applicant's rights of complaint under Part 7 (Complaints to Information Commissioner), including that the applicant has 90 days after receiving notice of the outcome of a review under Division 4 (Review by public sector organisation) to make a complaint.
