154 No review or other proceedings outside this Act Despite any other Act and except as provided by this Act: (a) no person or body is entitled to investigate, inquire into, review or otherwise call into question an act or decision of a public sector organisation or the Commissioner under this Act; and (b) no proceedings for an injunction, a declaration or an order for prohibition or mandamus are to be brought in relation to an act or decision of a public sector organisation or the Commissioner under this Act.
