153 Information volunteered by public sector organisation For sections 151 and 152, a public sector organisation is taken to have provided access to government information in compliance with a requirement under this Act if the organisation voluntarily provides access to the information in circumstances where the organisation would have been required to provide that access had an application under Part 3, Division 2 (Accessing government information) been made.
